Our Admissions Team Can Help You Get Started

If you are interested in coming to West Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, our admissions team can help you get started. They will provide guidance to you as you seek placement in our sub-acute care and rehabilitation and skilled nursing programs, and they will also work closely with your social worker as you transition back to your home and community.

Our admissions team will help you understand our policies and procedures, address any unresolved questions, and ensure that you feel very comfortable with every aspect of the process. Should you wish, a tour of the facility can be provided at your convenience.
